- 학생들이 학교에서 육체적 운동(이하 운동이라고 칭함)을 할 때 운동 중 신체적 접촉이 꼭 생길 수 있는 신체 접촉성 운동과 신체 접촉이 생기지 않고 할 수 있는 비 신체 접촉성 운동(Non-physical contact sports)으로 나눌 수 있다.
- 신체 접촉성 운동은 접촉성 운동(Contact sports)과 제한 접촉성 운동(Limited-contact sports)로 2분다.
- 축구· 레슬링· 학키· 권투· 농구· 야구· 배구 등의 운동을 할 때 신체 접촉이 꼭 생길 수 있는 운동이기 때문에 신체 접촉성 학교 운동에 속한다.

다음과 같은 건강 문제가 학생에게 있으면 신체 접촉성 학교운동이나 그와 비슷한 종류의 신체 접촉성 학교 운동에 절대로 참가시켜서는 안 된다 ① 뇌진탕이 생겼을 때 ② 두골 일부 수술 적출 ③ 선천성 두개골의 일부가 없거나 ④ 운동을 하다가 머리를 부딪쳐 의식을 잠시 잃고 회복된 바로 후 ⑤ 한쪽 안구가 없거나 ⑥ 한쪽 눈의 시력이 없거나 ⑦ 망막 박리 ⑧ 선천성 녹내장이 있는 아이 ⑨ 활동성 폐결핵이나 급성 폐렴을 앓고 있는 아이 ⑩ 비정상적으로 비대 된 심장이 있거나 ⑪ 삼첨판 폐쇄증이나 대동맥 협착증이 있거나 ⑫ 완치될 수 없는 심장 질환이 있거나 ⑬ 폐동맥 압이 정상 이상으로 높아서 생긴 심장질환이 있거나 ⑭ 고환이 음낭 속에 있지 않는 무고환증이 있는 경우 ⑮ 고환이 좌골 앞 부위에 있는 아이 ⑯ 간이 비정상적으로 비대 될 때 ⑰ 비장이 비정상적으로 비대 될 때 ⑱ 신장이 비정상적으로 비대 될 때 ⑲ 신장이 하나만 있을 때 ⑳ 상처 입은 신장이 완치되지 않았을 때 ㉑ 완치되지 않은 골절이 있을 때 ㉒ 관절병이나 척추병이 있을 때 ㉓ 혈액 응고가 잘 안 되는 병이 있을 때 ㉔ 농가진이 있을 때 ㉕ 헤르페스바이러스 피부병이 있을 때 ㉖ 다른 사람들에게 감염될 수 있는 전염성 피부병이 있을 때 ㉗ 그 외 |
| 다음과 같은 질병이 있는 아이들은 신체 접촉성 학교운동을 삼가야 한다.
① 간질 ② 눈에 생긴 감염병 ③ 심한 기관지 천식 ④ 고혈압 ⑤ 잘 치료되지 않는 당뇨병 ⑥ 서혜부 헤르니아 ⑦ 고환이 하나만 있는 경우 ⑧ 어깨 관절이나 다른 관절에 재발성 탈구가 생길 때 ⑨ 뼈를 약하게 하는 어떤 병을 앓을 때 ⑩ 무릎관절 등에 이상이 있는 경우 ⑪ 그 외 |
| 다음과 같은 질병이 있는 아이는 정구·골프·수영·탁구·달리기·철봉 등 비 신체 접촉성 학교 운동을 삼가야 한다.
① 자주 발작되는 간질 ② 비장, 신장, 또는 간이 정상 이상으로 커졌을 때 ③ 각종 심장 질환 ④ 신장이 하나만 있는 경우 ⑤ 골수염 ⑥ 관절염 ⑦ 팔다리 골절 ⑧ 출혈성 질환 등이 있는 경우 ⑨ 그 외 |
