- 단골 소아청소년과에 있던 모든 의료기록을 새로 정한 내과 전문의나 가정과 전문의에게 보내달라고 할 수 있다.
- 성년이 된 여러분을 축하합니다. 그 동안 부모 역할을 하신 여러분께 감사드립니다.

- In the United States, young people over the age of 18 are legally adults. From 18 to 21 years of age, it is common for young adults to receive health care from a pediatrician, internal medicine specialist, or family specialist. From this point on, each adult is responsible for keeping his/her vaccination record card. You can request that all medical records from the regular pediatric department be sent to the newly appointed internal medicine specialist or family specialist. Congratulations to all of you who have come of age. Thank you to all of you who have been parents over the years
