자지 옻 접촉성 피부염, Poison ivy dermatitis of penis

- 남아가 옻나무를 손으로 만지고 그 손으로 신체 다른 부위를 만질 때 옻나무 접촉성 피부염에 걸릴 수 있다. 때로는 옻나무를 만진 손으로 외부생식기를 만져 자지에 옻나무 접촉성 피부염이 자생길 수 있다.
- 증상 ㅈ딩후는 아래 사진과 같이 자지의 표피가 부을 수 있고 신체의 다른 부위에 옻나무 접촉성 피부염이 동시 생겨 있을 수 있다.
- 증상 징후와 검진으로 진단 할 수 있다.
- 치료는 경구용 스테로이드로 한다.
