영아 순 성모 발생증(영아 순 음모 발생증), Pure premature adrenarche of infancy

- 외음부에 음모가 난 것 이외 신체의 다른 계통에 2차 성징은 나타나지 않고 성장 속도도 나이에 적절하지만 다만 외음부에 음모가 조금 나는 병을 영아 순 성모 발생증이라고 한다.
- 외음부에 음모가 조금씩 계속 더 날 수도 있고 한번 난 후 그 상태 그대로 계속 있을 수도 있고 몇달 몇 년 시간이 지나면 점점 더 나지 않는다.
- 외음부에 음모가 난 영아들을 요즘 가끔 볼 수 있다.
- 그 원인은 확실히 모른다.
- 혈중 DHEAS 호르몬 농도가 약간 증가되기도 한다.
- 일반적으로 관찰적 치료를 하는 것이 보통이다.
