심기증(침울증/심경기우증 /하이포콘드리아증), Hypochondriasis
- 마음 속 깊이 있는 긴장, 불안, 걱정 등을 진정시키는 방법으로, 사실은 기질적인 병이 없는데도, 심각한 병이 신체의 여러 기관에 있다고 두려워하는 정신병을 심기증이라고 한다.
- 어느 연령층에도 이 병이 생길 수 있으나 사춘기 아이들과 젊은이들에게 더 잘 생길 수 있다.
- 부모에게 어떤 병이 있거나 건강 문제가 있거나 부모가 약을 먹을 때 그런 부모의 자녀들에게 심기증이 생기기 쉽다.
- 거기다가 가족의 누가 죽거나 학교에서 공부하는 데 문제가 생기거나 형제간에 질투가 생기면 심기증이 유발될 수 있다.
- 실제로 어떤 기질적인 병이 없이 심기증의 증상 징후로 두통, 가슴이 두근거리거나 흉통, 복통, 현기증, 족통, 사지 통, 피곤, 구토 등의 증상 징후가 나타날 수 있다.
- 자세한 검진을 했을 때 아무런 비정상적인 진찰소견이 발견되지 않는다.
심기증(침울증/심경기우증/하이포콘드리아증)의 치료
- 대부분의 경우 자연 치료가 된다.
- 부모와 심기증이 있는 아이에게 아무런 신체적 병이 없다는 것을 인식시키고 근심 걱정, 오해 등이 있으면 그런 증상 징후를 제거해 주고 먹는 것 자는 것 노는 습관에 이상이 있으면 치료해 주고 보다 더 사랑해 주면 자연적으로 낫는다.
- 신체의 여러 기관에 증상 징후가 있다고 호소할 때 꾀병을 한다고 방치해서는 절대로 안 된다.
Hypochondriasis
• As a way to calm deep tension, anxiety, and worry in the mind, in fact, even though there is no organic disease, a mental illness in which a person fears that a serious illness exists in various organs of the body is called psychosis.
• The disease can occur at any age, but it is more common in adolescents and young adults.
• Children of such parents are more likely to develop hypochondria when their parents have some disease or health problem, or when they take medication.
• In addition, if someone in your family dies, if you have trouble studying at school, or if you have jealousy between siblings, it can lead to psychosis.
• In the absence of any organic disease, symptoms of cardiomyopathy may include headache, palpitations, chest pain, abdominal pain, dizziness, foot pain, extremity pain, fatigue, and vomiting.
• No abnormal findings were found upon detailed examination.
Treatment of hypochondriasis
• In most cases, it is a natural remedy.
• Recognize that parents and children with cardiomyopathy do not have any physical illness, and if there are concerns, worries, misunderstandings, etc., remove the symptoms, and if there are abnormalities in eating, sleeping, or playing habits, treat them and give more love to them.
• Never allow yourself to be fooled when you complain that you have symptoms of various organs in your body.
